Privacy Policy

What this site collects

This site does not run its own contact forms or accounts. When you book a tour, your booking details (name, email, party size, payment) are collected and processed by TripWorks, our booking provider, under TripWorks' own privacy policy. We receive the reservation details needed to run your tour.

How booking data is used

Reservation details are used to confirm your booking, send waiver and reminder messages, and contact you if a tour changes. We do not sell guest data.

Third-party services

The booking widget loads from TripWorks (trpwrks.com), page fonts load from Google Fonts, and we use website analytics (Google Analytics 4). These services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Links to review platforms and our family of sites leave this site and are governed by those sites' policies.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: the pages you visit, how you arrived (a search engine, a link, or a direct visit), your device and browser type, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and interactions such as clicking a Book, Call, or Text button or completing a booking on our TripWorks checkout. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) that hold a random visitor identifier. They do not store your name, email address, or payment details, and we do not use analytics data for personalized advertising.

Our Freaky Foot Tours websites and our booking checkout share that analytics identifier, so a booking that starts on one of our sites and finishes on the checkout is counted as one visit rather than two. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some website features, such as remembering your place in the booking process.
