1. The operator
The Mountain Town of Madness tour is operated by Freaky Foot Tours LLC, Flagstaff, Arizona. Bookings are processed by Peek, our booking provider.
2. Age requirement
This is an adults-only experience. Every guest on the reservation must be 18 years of age or older. Guests under 18 cannot be accommodated on this tour; our all-ages Downtown Flagstaff Haunted History Tour welcomes them.
3. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations made 72 or more hours before the tour receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the tour receive a 50 percent refund. Cancellations under 24 hours are not refundable. Tickets purchased through resellers follow the reseller's own policy.
4. Waivers and check-in
Every guest must sign the liability waiver before the tour begins; the waiver link is included with your booking confirmation. Check-in opens 15 minutes before the 9 PM departure at Wheeler Park Parking Lot, 212 W Aspen Ave, Flagstaff, AZ 86001. The tour departs on time.
5. The tour
The tour covers about 1 mile on public sidewalks over approximately 90 minutes and does not enter buildings. Capacity is limited to 28 guests per departure. Content includes true crime and other mature subject matter presented for adult audiences.
